Pros
Salary is above average when considering sibling companies. Benefits are good (401k proportional contribution, profit-sharing paid twice a year, family extensive medical and dental compensation, company provided daily commute and food voucher, paid vacations, sick leave compassionate policy, paid group life insurance, among others). Best thing however is that Embraer is a best in class lean engineering company. It is an academy to employee's personal growth and a truly modern company when it comes to application of state of the art digital engineering tools.
Kontras
No big detractors. Could only mention (due to the very nature of the aeronautical industry) it is a company in some aspects still conservative and to millennials it may be not as attractive as most technology firms. Also career progress is steady but slow without disruptive advances even in cases of outstanding peformance.
