I enjoy working for Elixir Medical company because they have give me technical experiences that I needed .Not only that the management and engineering are very supportive.

I don't have any negative thought about the company.

Clean work environment and decent tools

Doing your job well didn't mean anyone would notice or care. i rarely got any acknowledgment, even after staying late or taking on tricky tasks. There was no real appreciation for accuracy or consistency. Meanwhile, those who were louder or more visible got the praise, regardless of output.
