Toxic work environment. Constantly hiring new factory staff. My direct manager started bullying me as soon as I switched from being a contract employee to a direct employee of the company, to the point that I was signed off for three months for stress and left the position before the end of my medical leave. Manager defended their actions and tried to blame me for their bullying.
