Pros
-Depending on what area you work in, it could be a great place to start your career. -Offers several social events throughout the year, even with COVID -People are friendly enough
Kontras
-As a company that apparently values diversity, the senior management team does not reflect this. It is primarily made up of white males. -Great marketing makes our products sound far more cutting edge than they are. -Little collaboration across teams when employees should remember that they are all working for the same company rather then this dog eat dog mentality -Salaries are well below average, especially when management expects you to the hard yards. -We tend to keep deadwood rather than setting them adrift. If they aren’t performing or can’t do the job at some point, get the balls to let them go. -Rather than spending the money to hire experienced candidates, their motto is quantity is better than quality. As a growing company, we need to hire seasoned employees that know what good looks like. -Glossy glassdoor reviews placed by HR -At times, it can feel like you are back at school. I never worked somewhere with so many cliques. - Little confidence in HR. I would never go to them with a personal matter. -For such a small company, we have a large number of Directors. It seems like this is a tactic to get people to stay.
