CEO is amazing, team environment is warm and inviting and the supervisors genuinely care about your well being. It’s very hard to find a career in which you’re not just “a number” but here it’s like a family. If you’re good at your job you’re not just awarded monetarily but also by positive affirmation. The training and onboarding is horrible. Figure things out on your own type of job. The lie about what you will be doing on the job when you are hired. The managers do not know what they are doing. The culture is horrible. They allow bullies in the work place and nothing is done about it. This company was acquired by the Baldwin Group. The technology is not keeping up with all the acquisitions. The systems always have problems. There are no one on one monthly meetings. You are just a number. I worked there over a year and only met with my manager once. If you like getting .75 cent raises this is the place for you. It doesnt keep up with the cost of living. This was my reason for leaving. Found a new job with a 10K raise.
