working with edufront was enjoyable, the students were great and the management was always very understanding, and quick to find replacements whenever a teacher called in sick.

the pay is based on how many classes and students you have.

Good colleagues and tutors is the only reasons im staying.

Bad management, taking advantage of others, workloads didnt match the salary, no recognition, low common sense. Just bad. The tutors also realised and left.
