Ok while it lasted - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Ecount: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked with the most intelligent group of coworkers that I have to date and we did great work together. Very friendly and exciting work.

Unfortunately, after a series of security errors the bank began to downsize the department and is looking for a buyer now.

Ecount had great people working there. It was a fun environment with plenty of opportunities for growth. I started as a customer service and was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager and became the director 5 months later. Ecount gave me an invaluable opportunity to grow and learn leadership skills. the management team was extremely knowledgeable, took calculated risks and did a great job communicating and motivating its employees.

The location wasn't ideal since it was removed from the city. The industry is interesting but somewhat boring in general. The pay rates among the different employees could have been distributed a bit better depending on experience and qualifications.
