Small great company - very flexible

small company so limited career

Good for flexible lifestyles with lots of time off. Great for 1st year Uni grads to get some rig and work experience. Young coworkers offer quick friends. Services offered (our products) are pretty affordable and professional. New office is helpful to the local (non-field based) staff. Great intentions to improving OHS and standardize policies.

Known to be a quick stepping stone, turn over rate is very high. The company knows this and is not putting forth any efforts to keep employees. Communication is poor from the management if you are field based.
