-Junior Management: sometimes they need to lean on the assistance of HR or other leaders to help them navigate seemingly less complex situations.
-Product Design- needs some work to keep up with a competitive and ever changing market. We need to spend more time revamping the look, ease, and overall product suite that we offer so that we stay competitive.
-Leadership team sometimes takes a little too long to come to a consensus on key issues that affect our company, which sometimes has a negative impact on morale or our community members. I think they mean well, but sometimes the execution is a bit flawed
