ECS offers some of the best benefits I've had to date, including 401K, health, dental, vision, and more. The gathering of likeminded people creates a friendly atmosphere per department.

The departments of the company have no idea how to work together to get anything accomplished in a timely manner. Paid vacation is seriously lacking in comparison to most companies. They won't fire employees that can't perform their job properly because it's too hard to find someone else to deal with being underpaid and over stressed. The only way to get a substantial raise is to get a job offer from another company, that is the only time you will ever be told or feel that you are worth anything to the company. They then will offer petty excuses as to why they can't give you another raise when it's time for reviews, although you've been "doing great." There is also no room to advance in this company at all unless you start as a warehouse picker or the person directly above you quits and they need a face to take their place quickly. In the office, your daily tasks are continuously piling up if you perform your job properly. The employees that don't perform well get their tasks taken away so that they can get paid to sit on the Internet while the employees that do well now get to do those jobs on top of their own, without any raise in pay. The co-CEO brothers don't participate in the daily operations of the company at all, but always feel the need to change the way things are done because they "think" it will work better, but it never does and they won't allow you to go back to the process that was actually working. I could probably write an entire of chapter of the things wrong with this company.
