Pros
For some unknown reason a small handful of people have chosen to stay here for more than 6 months and they are nice people. In lieu of any decent perks you get grade B fruit delivered once a week.
Kontras
Too numerous to write all of the cons. Poor pay. As an external sales person you are penalised for all expenses. You are expected to work miracles with a small lineup of predominantly second tier vendors. Senior staff are quick to blame everyone around them whist the MD views every staff member as a cost and an inconvenience. Not adverse to swearing, shouting and using offensive language. We were once asked to send hourly updates to the MD on what we were doing throughout our working days. Huge staff turnover.
