Terrific Culture - EVP bei Dura-Tech Processes: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I don't have anything positive about the job. It was an awful experience working there. I don't really know what to say here.

This list would be long but I don't want to put my energy Into this, but Dangerous work environment because of acid fumes, definitely not enough pay, MANAGEMENT is by far the worst I have encountered. They love politics and micromanagement more than the job itself. I would rather quit my job with out a back up plan than stay there and deal with all of the negativity.

The befefits and pay was good

Very negative work environment. The owner is a micromanager. They claim they want to improve morale but their actions say otherwise. Heard of several instances where owner called employees names to their faces. I would not recommend anyone taking this job if you're looking for a positive environment that's willing to make positive changes. They want to implement 5s but have no clue what it actually is. Also, communication/feedback is almost nonexistent.
