Supervisors suck at their jobs. As a. Forman I would ask for certain things to make. The job more efficient, but would be denied on numerous occasions. Got fired for something that I didn't physically do but as a foreman had. To take responsibility for. Employee that did such task that had. Me fired still works fine r company as far as I know till this day of review. Again I would not recommend anybody to work for the Waco yard.
