Pros

Outside of upper management, people here were great to work with. Single person health benefits were decent and included vision and dental

Where to begin...these are in no specific order 1) You come in to work not knowing if you'll have a job at the end of the day 2) Will lay-off whole divisions of the company for absolutely no reason. (Don't believe me? Ask the 20-30 Building Engineers and Porters they let-go of for absolutely no reason.) 3) No sense of structure or stability 4) Only 6 paid holidays and absolutely pathetic vacation/sick leave accrual 5) No bonuses, not even any vocal recognition for going above and beyond 6) Overworked and underpaid 7) No performance based raises. If you don't ask for a raise, you'll never get one, but if you do ask for one be ready to get fired. 8) Very poor communication between office personnel and field employees, made a lot of work difficult to accomplish 9) Company is cheap and not willing to spend the money to get things done the right way, also made getting work done difficult 10) Upper management started micromanaging field employees to a seriously invasive degree. 11) Company rarely paid contractors and vendors on time, leaving field employees unable to finish work for tenants or on building equipment

The entire company is borderline at best, management is not honest, or trustworthy,

A business should work so employees and tenants can live and hopefully be happy, Everything an DD is about egos, lies, lawsuits, cheating, employees and tenants beware. If you don’t have it in writing, it’s non existent. Read everything with an attorney before signing ANYTHING
