Pros
-Smart people accross client services - Many of the managers were promoted internally and were a great support system with a breadth of knowledge. -Work life balance was incredible. Most days I logged off on-time. -Colleagues overall had a collaborative mindset. -Processes of accountability were strong for cross functional departments. -Training was well done here and most managers are directly involved in this. Which is not the case at most companies. -remote working arrangements are available and will be a hybrid model for anyone else. - Ad verification is a much needed product that is going to continue to grow in the marketplace.
Kontras
- Finance is the bain of most issues that occur here. This is getting better I believe. - Sales has some very incompetent folks that just look good on paper. This often created tense situations within client services. I believe this is getting better as well. -Raises and promotions can sometimes feel like a guessing game here.
