Although the brands have legendary history many are unknown and so you really have to bring your sales game.

I have enjoyed working at DOPS. You are essentially your own boss and run your own business. The more you hustle the more you get paid. You are never capped on what you make. There are incentives to help boost your sales and make more money. Ive enjoyed the family small business atmosphere.

The only con for me is that the company is known as being a brand building company, so most of the products are new to market or smaller brands, and not well known. You really need to bring your hustle to make the sale.
