Although small in the US, Domestic & General has the backing of a 200-year company in the UK and EU, making it a great company to work for. Like all startups, there are some growing pains to navigate, but the pros outweigh the cons. Pros: Offers great, reasonable benefits Work-life balance is generally excellent, though with occasional busy periods Culture is being established as a fun, inclusive, and family-oriented one
