Pros

Culture: The leadership and my peers are amazing people that care about our clients and each other. We're a family that supports each other during and outside of work. Freedom: I'm excited to go to work everyday because I feel like I have the freedom to push the boundaries of my role and am challenged to continue learning new skills. Career advancement: Leadership has afforded me every opportunity to advance my position with the company and my career. Vision: our leadership team has a clear vision for where they want to company to be in the next 3-5 years and have built a solid roadmap to get us there. We're going places!! Priorities: Our leadership prioritizes people over profits. They see people as people, not just employees. They foster an inclusive environment, facilitate relationship building, encourage & enable work-life balance, and never sacrifice the wellbeing of our team for results.

Kontras

We have a great benefits package, but none are eselpecially unique. I'd love to add a unique benefit or two that aligns with what a cool company we are.

- Amazing leadership team - they invest in their employees - very organized onboarding process with detailed trainings - great workplace culture with amazing team of people - Remote company - Education opportunities

Kontras

- Small company so you wear a lot of hats and you are very very busy: this can be pro or con since it helps you to learn at a speedy rate but con because you are often doing things you may not have expected and your schedule stays busy

Pros

Big focus on company culture. Lots of positive, energetic people willing to share knowledge. Company never had a shortage of work demand and you will learn a ton.

Kontras

Sales team would sometimes sell a project or package without checking to see if the rest of the teams had capacity to work with the client. This lead to departments having to juggle extra projects and exceed their specified client load.
