Kickass Startup Experience I started here as a junior developer with a year of Experience, and the journey has been incredible. The exposure I’ve received has been phenomenal, thanks to the encouragement and support from seniors and leads who genuinely invest in helping you grow and excel. The learning curve here is fantastic, and the company culture is refreshingly free of politics. Transparency is a hallmark of our management style, and it fosters a supportive and open environment. During the COVID pandemic and the IT recession, our company demonstrated remarkable resilience. We navigated those challenges smoothly and continued to thrive without facing significant disruptions. HR is the most easy-going guy to have around. Overall, this has been a truly rewarding experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve received.
