- Lovely staff and management (if you are liked) - Flexibility (for some staff) - REC days (additional days off) - great message and team spirit - great CEO, COO, CFO. - seem really keen to empower women - work-life balance is amazing

- NEPOTISM is rife- seems to be the main way to progress is to be a close friend of management or be a family member - even if you consistently hit KPIs you can't progress; quarterly reviews don't make sense because even if you hit the targets managers won't want to record it or will come up with silly reasons why you don't so they don't have to give you a promotion or payrise - seems to be below average pay - staff don't get their bonuses unless they are in sales
