The curriculum I would say is good and very well worked out. The LMS is very integrated.

If you value your sanity, career, and professional dignity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. The founder’s incompetence is not just a minor inconvenience but a daily torture. They lack basic business acumen and somehow manage to flaunt their ignorance as if it’s a virtue. The constant barrage of ill-informed decisions and useless “advice” from them is maddening and detrimental to both productivity and morale. The salary is pitiful, and any promise of variable pay is a farce. When they say they’re a bootstrap company with no money, it’s just an excuse for their failure to provide fair compensation. Workloads are absurdly high—imagine being saddled with the work of five people while your pay doesn’t reflect the overload. Professionalism is non-existent here. Employees are treated rudely and with blatant disregard. The lack of respect is staggering, and there’s a constant threat of being fired on a whim. If the company faces financial issues, don’t expect any notice period—just pack your things and leave immediately. This arbitrary and cruel approach to job security is a constant source of anxiety. Micromanagement is at an all-time high. The founders seem to believe they’re entitled to scrutinize every single aspect of your work and personal conversations. There’s no room for flexibility or trust, making the work environment stifling and oppressive. The lack of a proper work-life balance is palpable, and you’re expected to be available around the clock without any regard for your personal life. In summary, this company is a toxic waste pit of mismanagement, disrespect, and exploitation. If you have any self-respect and value a healthy work environment, do not subject yourself to this hellhole. It’s a guaranteed path to burnout and frustration.
