They lack basic business acumen and somehow manage to flaunt their ignorance as if it’s a virtue. The constant barrage of ill-informed decisions and useless “advice” from them is maddening and detrimental to both productivity and morale. The salary is pitiful, and any promise of variable pay is a farce. When they say they’re a bootstrap company with no money, it’s just an excuse for their failure to provide fair compensation. Workloads are absurdly high—imagine being saddled with the work of five people while your pay doesn’t reflect the overload. Professionalism is non-existent here.
