Pros
There are some great individuals here in the employee base, but they all commiserate on the terrible environment they work in together or keep their head down to avoid being fired until they retire. Health/PTO benefits are OK.
Kontras
Too many to list. Upper management is APPALLING. Between the CEO, VP of Operations, Director of Sales, and Human Resources, prepare for a toxic and depressing day to day experience. There is much to be said, but to keep short, they have no interest in employees health or happiness, and are fond of and PRAISE high school BULLING behavior. No upward mobility, low raises, strict office policies that they pick/choose who applies to (only 1 example of the EXCESSIVE FAVORITISM that takes place), no interest in feedback from employees on how to make improvements in benefits/work life balance/better business. They PENALIZE anyone with PROMISE in order to maintain the status quo. Manufacturing is a stressful job environment, but it’s the least of your worries. Even middle management hates this place, but the slogan is “there’s no point in trying, all you can do is care less”. Horrible environment for anyone who likes to work hard/give it their 100%.
