Design Distributors is a growing, fast-paced, direct mail and print marketing solutions company based in Deer Park, Long Island. I am a current employee and joined the team in June of 2022. All employees are required to be in the office during the week. WFH is available on a case-by-case basis with the manager's approval.

Good work atmosphere for most part, it is printing and mail so deadlines and chaos do happen. Co-workers are friendly and amiable. Though "Mom & Pop", they do have a professional ethic. Company keeps on track with technology and training. Yes, they still offer year end bonuses.

Salaries could always be better and/or regular raises when necessary/scheduled.
