Design Distributors is a growing, fast-paced, direct mail and print marketing solutions company based in Deer Park, Long Island. I am a current employee and joined the team in June of 2022. Since starting at Design Distributors, I have learned how to use computer programs such as Print Stream and Postal One. All employees are required to be in the office during the week. WFH is available on a case-by-case basis with the manager's approval.

Free Pizza once a month, good coworker rapport, they’re actually profitable

As costs of living on Long Island and inflation have gone up, salaries at Design Distributors have not. In the Controllers own words: “the only thing you’re going to get here is free pizza once a month”. They make money, but don’t share it.
