A lot since management changed - wfh has been scrapped, mandatory to work from office even though the same work can be done at home - have to fight for table and seat when we return to office (lack of seating space and planning by management) - smart casual not allowed - no 13 th month (in line with other big 4) - bad bonuses (you can work as hard as you want but at the end of your day you will only get 1 month because your bonus is also dependent on “business performance” - long working hours with little benefits - no work life balance. You are expected to take calls and meetings even during your leave - management intentionally finds reasons to cut your bonus (e.g. leaving laptop unlocked or missing will timesheet instead of reminders) I.e. they kick their employees’ food bowls
