      Nice people to work with. Half-way decent pay & benefits. Convenience of location in Salisbury. Work-from-home allowances.

      Kontras

      Little-to-no job security (multiple layoffs and 'reorganizing', outsourcing). Poor management - overall and in IT. Outdated policies, IT equipment and technology. Ridiculously bad office politics.
