DSS is world class! Product is constantly being updated with the latest GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities. Elite product partnerships that extend and position Dataiku for massive and transformative Enterprise AI deployments. Incredibly cool customers and use cases. Truly brilliant coworkers!

Speaking for my org specifically, I can’t respect or support what the new HR leadership team has done, letting go of some of DKU’s most impactful and talented People Team members and leaders. Top players are now leaving voluntarily because of how poorly their peers and managers were treated on the way out. Appallingly, the new CPO and TA leader are rapidly hiring their friends who don’t have AI/ML experience without even having to go through interviews! Meanwhile, respected, battle-tested team members are being kicked to the curb like actual garbage without so much as an organizational announcement - let alone a thank you - for years of service building DKU. But hey don’t worry, the new CPO and friends will at least get to enjoy the liquidity event on the backs of what others built.

We understand that organizational change can be difficult, particularly for those individuals most impacted. We work in an incredibly fast industry and it's critical that we regularly evaluate our structure and teams, and make the necessary changes to ensure we are operating with focus and efficiency. At times this may mean taking the difficult decision to remove certain roles from the business. We encourage all of our employees to leverage existing business relationships to identify potential candidates. Employee referrals is one of our strongest sources of impactful hires. We assure you that all hires, including those at the Executive level, are subject to an interview process and have been hired for their strong experience navigating the growth journey and achieving similar business objectives to those of Dataiku. it’s a job? i guess?

miserable to work here and the product is not strong. other giants in the industry are making this product redundant, and not worth the cost. features are not exciting to customers and they can easily complete the same objectives with other products who have longer standing credentials in the industry or by companies simply making similar functionalities themselves. its an uphill battle convincing any clients of the value of this, and its soul sucking to pedal AI all day. zero inspiration from leadership, huge eye roll every time they speak
