Pros

Employees and colleagues are good. Work location and office are good.

Salary, they will hard bargain you when you join and promise to increase the salary after sometime but when the time comes and you've done everything + more they asked in the time period, they will tell you they'll not be giving you any payrise. So you need to work another year on the same salary. Favoritism among the partner and managers which lead to your performance being ignored. Internal structure is not aligned, in my term of employment(less than a year) my senior management kept changing which lead my impression and performance to be in vain everytime.
