Pros
They’re enthusiastic and strive for excellence in everything that they do. I made some really great friends there that felt like family. There were plenty of opportunities to learn. They’re also probably one of the most transparent companies that I’ve ever worked with.
Kontras
The work life balance was very heavily skewed towards work. The pay was good for entry level programmers, but they paid their experienced developers the same as their entry level employees. There was a lot of micromanagement. Even on salary they measured the number of hours you worked and had a minimum expectation of time spent well beyond a 40 hour work week. They tried to measure programmers with flawed metrics that encouraged gaming the system. There’s a very heavy sales culture that seeps into every other aspect of the company.
