Pathetic leadership by the CEO. He blindly follows the 4 key employees of his company and all others are non-existent for that company. Only those good with HR and spend extra hours daily gossiping with the CEO remains in the company or get all the acknowledgement Termination is the favourite thing of this company. You spend years working with them and just a single blunder can get you out of that company without even getting a chance to speak to anyone. CEO is a coward, double faced, hypocrite, who hides behind his 4 key employees and play all the negative games. Doesn't bother to confront or speak to his direct reporting about issues, rather he gossips everyday for hours with HR , his so called senior managers. Everyone is busy in disgracing each other. If you are an expert with skills, please don't waste your time here. Because they think they know everything and you are not doing enough. If you can't spend hours showing off your work daily to the boss, this is not your place.
