Pros
Some really great people to work with, good benefits. The ideas for company culture are great, they just need to be implemented so it's not a joke to the employees.
Kontras
Upper management is immature, arrogant, and going in a million different directions. Some of them have good intentions but can't see past their own egos long enough to let it make a real difference. They spend tons of time and money on "pet projects" that won't advance the company in a way that produces real results. Lots of micromanaging, little trust in employees...first reaction when something isn't going right is to blame or threaten.
