Was good, then got acquired and fired/lost all good leadership - Enterprise Account Executive bei Darktrace: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Acquisition have changed the leadership hires to more cut throat. Repeating same mistakes we learned from before. Commission is coming down, it was way better in the past. Still not horrible but I feel like each year has been getting worse. I would say about 5% hit their number, the rest are normally below 40%. And this changes from reps other than 4+ year reps. Also completely change territories every year and have no clue how to keep consistency
