Unorganized, no structure, certain managers need management classes. No type of team building, no HR department to speak to about issues with management. The pay is terrible, your doing 15 different things, 1500+ emails a day, I think thats all certain managers do throughout the day is just read emails all day. No training manual, will ask someone who's worked there for 1mnth to train a new employee. Very disrespectful & degrading to their employees. Very sad, stressful, environment. Personal life seems to be more important than anything. If your not talking about your personal life you will be a target and singled out.
