I started my software development career here and do not regret it one bit. I've always been treated well and management is easy to work with and talk to. I was able to get a lot of exposure to many different projects that I wouldn't have been able to land on my own because of my lack of experience and grew a ton from them. Management will work hard to land a client for you and is candid and honest with goals and projects planned for you. They also work hard to build a good relationship with you. No office politics. Because of smaller size, culture is laid back and people here are friendly. Spent over 3 years here and it was a good experience and met some great people.

Office is a bit small and can be cramped at times. Office pantry and supplies can be stocked more often.
