Pros
I overall enjoyed the job itself. The skills I picked up (Google suite, phone communications, and Excel) have continued to benefit me professionally since my time there and have laid a good foundation for me to build off.
Kontras
Management was awful and would yell at you, be verbally abusive, and gaslight you. Multiple times I was scolded and pulled aside for meetings to address mistakes I didnt make or how I didn't respond to emails that I hadn't even been CC'd in. When pointing this out, you'd receive not so much as an apology -- just a deer in the headlights look and a "nevermind" attitude. My confidence absolutely tanked at this job, and I had seen every single one of my co-workers in tears from the abuse and stress they were put under. After 3 months in, I was the longest standing employee in the office. This did not include our recruiters who worked from home. This is the first and only job that gave me anxiety attacks, and I am so glad I left.
