There is no cons. Needs more hours.

Full time with standard benefits

The most toxic environment. Poor middle managers who treat people even worst if you threaten their position. Low pay, over worked. New people are not trained correctly and they constantly promote people who should not have gotten the promotion. If you suck up to the right people you could potentially move up. I would not recommend this job to anyone.
