DKE is a fast-paced learning environment with a start up culture. In the past year I have had the opportunity and privilege to work on 60+ projects alongside several experienced civil engineers. Being a recent graduate, it has been a great experience to learn the ins and outs of the design process for projects all around Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City, and more. DKE has a go-getter attitude which has helped me in my ability to succeed and grow as an employee.

DKE is a smaller civil engineering design firm, but we are growing very quickly and gaining new projects everyday. Being a smaller company with less than 10 employees seems like a negative aspect at first, but it has made a positive impact on my work/life balance and growth in the civil engineering field.
