Pros
They are starving for great employees to help them out of their current bind. Through Germany, the company has been supported financially, so they have been very fair to salaries and OK with benefits. My boss realized there was more to life than work, so I was able to take time off as necessary. The senior managment IS trying to communicate to their employees, but recently has been more focused on RIF and restructuring than listening/communicating.
Kontras
Within the last year, the company has been extremely unprofitable and has been restructuring as best as they can. Career opportunities are horrible unless you jump to a different internal DHL company. Employee morale is low as most people are wondering when they will be RIF'd as well.
