I have worked for several firms within the valley for the last 18 years. What I have enjoyed most is their compassion and understanding that life doesn't always revolve around getting the project complete. Yes, they push your boundaries and sometimes you have to work the typical long hours. But in the main, they understand that you are family and you have a family.
You can create your own path. Whether you enjoy designing, using Revit or rendering, they want you to find that passion and run with it. I have never heard, "we don't do that or do it my way". They truly want to cultivate innovative thinking and design.
