Pros
On the development side of things, it's a good place to get your feet wet. You'll touch a lot of different technologies and, being a small agency, have direct access to the Art Director and CTO.
Kontras
Having fewer developers on staff means it's difficult to find specialization. It's a challenging environment to hone your skills and level up in unless you do it on your own time. Processes seem to be in constant flux and change is remarkably slow for an organization of this size. Pay is below average. Chances for advancement are minimum. Turnover is extremely high. Vast sums of company resources are spent on internal projects as opposed to the company's clients. Unlike competing agencies of this size, you'll find no mention of employees on the company website. Credit will not be given for fear of talent poaching. An L.A. branch of this company does not exist, though it is mentioned on the website.
