You definitely know if you are a favorite. If not your expected to just sit there for the ride, and only get partial respect. The benefits are good if you put enough years in...and I mean years..... the pay is not great. Except for the favorites, who will get basically what they ask for. Very little growth potential, especially if you aren't on the favorite list. Works hours aren't terrible 830-530, but don't expect to get a rest when you need a day off or are sick. Your cell will ring constantly, and the emails don't stop, and they expect you to answer, all of it! And don't say you can't because it is super frowned upon. And make sure your Phone is attached at your hip while your on vacation. If your there long enough to accrue vacation days. Some of the upper management are really great, but that's only some.
