Couldn't think of one. No pros at all.

There a lot of downsides this company has. To name a few. Very low compansation. No proper policies at all. No work timing flexibility. No comp off for Sunday's as well. No appreciation for the hard work. No employee engagement by management. No proper channel of communication for employees incase of any grievances as management is least bothered to find out the reason behind high level of employees unsatisfaction. Huge attrition due to dominance of management and seniors and also less pay. No employee benefits provision. No option of proper reimbursements. No training sessions. No career growth at all. Employees get terminated or fired at the discretion of managers and management for no reason at all. Know it all attitude of management and managers which doesn't allow then to entertainment problems of employees. Employee unfriendly organisation. Unprofessional behaviour of management and managers. And the list is endless...
