The work pressure is more as compared to other companies I feel and there is partiality between people, some people have permanent wfh and to some ppl they won't give at all
-A lot of late night work(India based working ethics)
-Everything is developed in India and the US is only there for face of US restricted customers.
-Company has no proper goals/roadmaps
-Communication is basically non existent(Its mostly done through whats app/in person) and everyone in the US is remote.
-If company does bad US employees are first to go.
-US employees are thought of last(Had a hackathon and US employees had to work then go into the hackathon leading to a 24+ hour day).
