Its structure is very horizontal at the middle management level and suggestions for improvement are often listened to and implemented quickly.

That same young start up culture is where many of the items on the cons list are derived. Cyclehop lacks structure and many employees wear a few hats putting a good amount of strain on middle management. A big reason why there is opportunity as mentioned before is because there is a lack of leasdership as a result of this strain that seems to impact every market equally. The lack of resources and a continual focus on what’s next instead of what is exasperates this issue.
