Pay every week is a good thing

Unfair Supervisors, treat employees like their crap, no feed back on job performance they just stand there and watch you, no coaching or training as to how you can improve your performance, let you work through your probation time and you think you have a job, then after that time they let you go, no back support provided for lifting heavy glass and frames, Supervisors not willing to listen, no weekly or no meetings at all to notify you of performance, they just fire you, no backup from HR.

Paid weekly is about the only good thing I could give Pros too.

Don't know where to begin with the Cons. Before working at CWS, I worked at a leading window company. And the comparison was scary! All through the whole CWS system/ process I seen flaws. The people on the floor get treated like modern day slaves, over worked, very little pay, no raises in sight (annual or merit). If the management like you, then you can do no wrong, even if your wrong. During meetings management talk more about what going on the outside world then the company it self! Ladies and gents, I can tell you this place is NO career employment! If you caught between a rock and a hard place then of course do what you have to do. But if you get the opportunity to leave for a better position then run...fast.
