It's a special bonus when I get to work with parents who appreciate the time I spend in educating them about stem cell and cord blood! Some customers are super considerate. The other day, I had a west coast client who apologized profusely for calling me late because they forgot that we are on EST. Having considerate and appreciative clients like that made my day. For me, it is a very rewarding job!
