Flexible work schedule, opens doors to medical community, office based in your house. Car allowance,company credit card, base salary, little supervision, can build rapport with physcians
Kontras
No management, no direction, no incentive packages, no ranking reports, quotas change and are at the discretion of owners. No supervisors, only owners who have no experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales. HR is very slow. Car allowance is low based on size of territory and does not cover auto maintenance.
