If you have nowhere else to go and no other options then you might as well work here, but you'll probably regret it. Like one of the other reviewers stated, the owner is a micro manager, or portrays himself as one, but in the long run doesn't seem to care about the growth of his business. Creative Solutions Group tries to do everything but they only seem to know how to do one or two things. Vehicle wraps, and print catalogs. They claim that they do web design and web development but to my knowledge do not have anyone on their staff currently that work in these departments.

When working for Creative Solutions expect to not have any benefits, project direction, guidance or adequate management. Expect to not have your job for more than a year. Expect the owner of the company to look over your shoulder while you're working. Expect there to be down time where there's nothing to do and no direction. Expect to die inside every morning that you wake up and get into you car and go to work at this sad silly little company. Take my advice and don't work here unless your only other option is selling your body on the streets. But then again... That might be a better choice ;).
