CEO threatened to sue a client who was dying of cancer and only had 2 years to live because he accepted Coventry's offer then rescinded because he got a higher offer from a competitor. This is the attitude of upper management when faced with any issues where they are wrong or might lose money - they double down. A colleague of mine was being paid less than her male counterpart despite doing more work and being at the company longer and had to fight with management to receive equal pay. Another employee I know left the company as quickly as he came due to being treated differently because of his race. Most of the recent reviews in 2024 have only come within the last few months, during a time of intense scrutiny within the company, so their validity and accuracy is questionable. Many people I've interacted with at the company across departments do not hold these sentiments, even people who do enjoy their job to an extent. These stories were all personal accounts from workers in other departments and resemble my experience with upper management. They truly are terrible people.
