Very less salary offered as a fresher. Probation period is not fixed, it will always extend. And there is 5 years bond.

Only good for fresher as get the chance to work in full SDLC. You can not be only developer or tester. You have to do analysis, dev, test, deployment and support.

Longer bond priod and higher management. No power to HR and HR policy. Higher management harras while you leave the company and extended the notice period with non sense reasons. Alternatevly torture average performer employee so that employee resign or abscond forcefully.
