Biggest Con is the CEO. He is the worst micromanager I've ever worked with. He comes off charming during your interview but the second you accept the job, you realize the entire organization is afraid of him and has nothing but negative things to say. He is from an old school way of managing people: by fear of losing their job. This is a small town where there aren't many opportunities which is why he gets away with it. Ask anyone, and they will tell you his motto is "everyone is replaceable." Major red flag. Every morning /evening the Ceo will watch you out of his office window to see who comes to work first and who leaves last. This is not a secret to current employees.
Turnover rate. There are a few core employees who have been there for many years but the rest of the staff is a revolving door.
